Specifications and
Tendering |
For the smaller project to prepare written specifications, obtain tenders and advise thereon. For the larger project to advise on the role and appointment of a Quantity Surveyor. |
| Contract Administration |
Where a Quantity Surveyor is not engaged, to administer the contract inlcuding site visits and meetings and to advise client on financial matters including interim valuations and final account agreements. |
| Statutory Applications |
To advise on and prepare all documentation for and submit applications for statutory approvals including Town Planning; Building Regulations; Fire Precautions
Atc, etc. |
| Structural Surveys |
To prepare structural surveys or carry out investigative measures for building defects and advise upon remedial action. |
| CDM Regulations |
To advise clients as to their obligations in connection with Construction Design and Management Regulations and to carry out risk assessments for building designs.
